Behind Luca Accountants
Brad Feisst
Seeing clients hit their milestones and achieve success is a major motivator for Brad.
A Hamilton local, Brad’s spent 20 years in the industry, working (mainly) with small and medium-sized businesses in roles including business and financial advisor, partner and director.
His calm, measured and approachable nature has seen him develop long lasting relationships with clients, many of whom have stayed with him for most of his career.
He likes to spend time getting to know his clients and their businesses and putting himself in their shoes. Because of this, his clients’ successes feel like his own.
Brad has a keen interest in the latest accounting and business technology. And when he’s not supporting clients, you’ll find him out and about at local cafes, restaurants or checking out a concert or show.

Harsha Prasad
Harsha’s not just a highly experienced accountant. Her sharp mind and approachable nature see her quickly develop comfortable and lasting relationships with clients.
After completing a degree in commerce and graduate diploma in management, Harsha started out in corporate finance, before moving into the accounting world. She’s a fully qualified chartered accountant and CA ANZ member with an impressive 16 years’ accounting experience.
Harsha joined Brad at Luca after working together while in a senior position in Brad’s previous firm. Their longstanding relationships means they’re able to work efficiently together while using their complementary skills for the good of their clients.
Outside of work Harsha has an adventurous side – she loves seeing new places, travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Plus, we don’t charge extra for meetings or phone conversations. We want you to feel free to engage with us and ask any question without worrying about extra costs.
